Menu Plan Monday

Busy, busy, busy. That's what we are around here this week! So in my menu plan this week, dinner falls into one or more of my three favorite categories: (1) Simple (2) Crock Pot, or (3) Out.

Monday: Roast (in the crock pot), with vegetables and crescent rolls

Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas, black beans, corn

Wednesday: Out to our favorite burger place

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Coca Cola pork chops (pork chops+ BBQ sauce + Coke+ crock pot = awesome), stir-fried veggies

Weekend: Leftovers, sandwiches, or out-to-eat

Visit Laura at Organizing Junkie for more menu ideas, or to share your own menu plan. Thanks, Laura!

Have a yummy week, everyone!

Those pork chops sound wonderful! Anything with Coke in it has to be good!

I usually put them in the crock pot on low for 6 hrs or so. You could do them on high for a shorter amount of time (4 hrs?) probably. The Coke makes them fall apart- so yummy! My family loves them!

Gotta love the crockpot. I just purchased a new one last Friday. Our old one died out, after 7 years.
You have some yummy recipe picks.

Sunday: Sub sandwiches & pasta salad; after church: veggies, fruit, finger foods, caviar on crackers (I don't even know if I spelled that correctly), salads & cookies -- our church had a fellowship with another church.

Monday: Cheese Pizza on pita, and steamed garlic broccoli.

Tuesday: Sandwiches after the dr.s office.

That's as far as I've gotten so far. I really admire the way you take care of your family's meals.

OK - Ribs, BBQ & a can of coke in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. We'll have to try that. Jehu wants coke ham, roasted in the oven.
