The kids are with their cousins for the day, so I've enjoyed having the morning to myself, doing housework and listening to music. I missed the phone awhile ago because I had my headphones on. It was Luke. I called him back and told him how ironic it was that the hymn I was listening to (a bit too loudly, apparently) was "
Softly and Tenderly, Jesus is Calling." He responded, "Well, He'd better not call
too softly or you'll miss it!"
