Please Pray
Yesterday afternoon, as we were at the church setting up for Awana, we received a phone call that Luke's sister Mary's sweet boyfriend, Chris, had been involved in a motorcycle accident and had been taken to an area hospital. When we arrived at the hospital, he was on life support. Once his family arrived, they had to make the difficult decision to remove him from life support, and I received the news just awhile ago that he had passed away. This is an unspeakably difficult time for his family and for our dear Mary. I can't really put together a coherent post, but I'd love knowing that those who may come across my blog today are praying. Thank you so, so much.

I will pray. Wow. That's hard.
You got it girl. I am so sorry for this pain.
Am praying too. I have been so supported by my blogging friends prayers this year, since my husband died suddenly, so I really do know what your people are going through.
I am so sorry for your loss and I hope God reaches down and wraps his family tightly in his arms...
I have you and your friends and family in my thoughts and prayers.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will say a prayer for his family, Mary and all of you. What a terrible tragedy.
I will most certainly pray. If you don't mind, our entire church will start praying for you all this evening.
I'm here by way of Laurel Wreath, Cyndi. I'm so, so sorry about this. Such a tragedy and I'm sure Mary's struggling to make sense of this. I will include her in my prayers. I'll pray that she finds at least some level of comfort and peace. So sad.
I will keep you in my prayers-especially Mary-I can't begin to imagine what she is going through.
Susan
Praying.
Here via laurel wreath. I'm so terribly sorry to hear of this tragedy and the loss.
May God's presence and mercy grace each one in a new way during this time...
Praying even now...
I am certainly lifting the family up in prayer.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family, as I know this deep grief of losing a precious one, even so close to Christmas. Next week will be two years since we said good-bye to our 16 year old son, and yet, I know God will uplift and hold you and yours in the palm of His hand as He did with us.

The T & T Jr. Boys all prayed Sunday night and our family will continue to pray for you guys.
Lifting up prayers...
I have been praying for you and Mary daily. ((hugs))
Praying right now...Chrissy
