Neither did his Canadian cousin but as I'm looking outside, it is dumping snow and not in a vertical fashion but almost blowing horizontally. Hmmm. A little ironic. I think he's playing games with us. (c:

I didn't know that some people want to outlaw groundhog's day...I think we suppose to have 80's this up-coming week.
